The adidas Tennis Camp at the University of Wisconsin is one of our most popular camps making it one of the premier summer tennis camps in Wisconsin. We recommend you sign up early to guarantee a spot at camp.
This camp will be directed by Badger Head Coach Greg Van Emburgh. Greg was hired in the summer of 2005 to be Wisconsin's new head coach, after a stint as the Associate Head Coach at Kentucky and the program has seen instant results. Currently Greg has his men's team ranked inside the top 30 nationally among Division I schools, something which has not been done at Wisconsin in over 30 years.
Greg was a four-time All-American in singles and doubles at Kentucky and is a member of UK's Tennis Hall of Fame. He also played on the U.S. Junior Davis Cup team before turning pro. During his time on the ATP Tour, Greg was a doubles semifinalist at Wimbledon and won seven tour doubles events. His professional career included doubles wins over Pete Sampras, Jimmy Connors, Ivan Lendl, and Boris Becker.
